Understanding and Navigating the Expedited Child Support Process

Family Law April Sectional

Do you find it confusing to determine which child support cases should be scheduled for hearing before a child support magistrate and which cases should be scheduled in front of a Family Court Referee or Judge? Are you familiar with the difference in time frames for District Court child support matters versus matters heard in the Expedited Child Support Process? If you find the Expedited Child Support Process to be a mystery you have trouble solving, then be sure to sign up for the April 26, 2017, Family Law Sectional with presenters Sean Lane and Terri Barett from Ramsey County Family Court. Sean and Terri have vast knowledge and experience working with child support matters, and their overview of the Expedited Child Support Process will provide the information needed to make sure you are scheduling your cases in the proper forum, within the appropriate timelines.  They will also be available to answer your questions about the Expedited Child Support Process.
