Financial Early Neutral Evaluations – How to Help Your Attorney/Clients Organize and Prepare for FENE

Early neutral evaluations are increasingly more common in dissolution of marriage cases, and being adequately prepared can make a huge difference in the progress made during a FENE session. If you would like to help ensure your attorney and clients are organized and ready for FENE, do not miss our November 15, 2017, Family Law Sectional with presenter Adam Galili, Esq. of Metro Law and Mediation. Adam’s presentation will include an overview of FENE, and he will provide suggestions regarding specific information to have prepared in advance of FENE sessions. He will answer your questions from both the perspective of a FENE provider and an attorney.

Speaker: Adam Galili, Esq. Adam is the founder and owner of Metro Law and Mediation located in Minneapolis. His practice has focused primarily on Family Law since 2011, and he has experience with marital estates of all sizes and complexities. Adam has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. He was awarded the prestigious National Academy of Family Law Attorneys 2016 Top 10 Under 40 Honors, and he was also recently awarded Minnesota’s 2017 10 Best Family Law Attorney’s by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
