Join us for an intuitive presentation on informal probate proceedings at Hennepin County.  Pick up valuable tips on preparing an informal application and what common mistakes to avoid.  Learn about informal special administrations.  Join in the discussion of some of the policy changes under Judge Cutter and learn common mistakes when e-filing. 

Our speaker Julie Peterson has been a Probate Registrar with Hennepin County for almost 30 years.  She a resource person for legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys and other registrars around the State of Minnesota.  Julie has been a speaker for the Registrar’s Association and for various CLE and Minnesota State Bar programs and is a past president of the Minnesota Association of Probate Registrars.

CLE Credit has been applied for.
