Tom has established and executed sound real estate strategy for hundreds of private, publicly held and not-for-profit organizations throughout the country over the past three decades. A licensed attorney, Tom spent 10 years as a partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers serving on the international consulting firm’s Real Estate Steering Committee from offices in Boston, Washington, D.C., and Minneapolis. Since co-founding TEGRA Group in 1996, Tom’s reasoned, assured and strategic approach to negotiations has earned him a reputation for delivering optimal, client-advantageous real estate transactions.

Community Focus

Among many board and leadership roles, Tom notes a particular passion for CommonBond Communities, the Midwest’s largest non-profit developer and manager of affordable housing. Tom served on CommonBond’s board of directors for 10 years, including two years as its chairperson, during which the organization completed an unprecedented capital campaign and its portfolio more than doubled.
