Topic: Families in Transition- Putting the Needs of the Child First

Vicki Duncan will be speaking on her private work in family law cases, including custody evaluations and parenting time supervision, which serve the best interests of minor children.

Speaker: Vicki Duncan

Vicki Duncan is a Guardian ad Litem for the State of Minnesota as well as an independent contractor for family law cases in Minnesota. Vicki serves as a custody evaluator in family court completing in-depth investigations into the best interests of minor children involved in divorce, custody actions, and child protection cases. Vicki’s experience and expertise in completing custody evaluations help guide families and the Court in making decisions about custody and parenting time. Vicki also serves as a Parenting Time Expeditor mediating parenting time disputes, as well as a mediator and Social Early Neutral Evaluator. Vicki has dedicated her career and training to serving the best interests of children and assisting families through difficult transitions.
