Bill brings over 25 years of expertise to the computer and litigation industries. Bill started his legal career as a case assistant a large IP firm in Minneapolis. After a few years he switched to the computer field. He worked as an IT consultant providing full service technical support for various small to medium sized businesses. In 1998, Bill re-joined the IP law firm to head up the Litigation Support department. In January 2001, Bill left the law firm to form Digital Litigation Solution (DLS) to provide electronic litigation support, specializing in all things having to do with the electronic trial, including the “Hot Seat”.

Bill has assisted law firms and corporations nationwide providing electronic trial support. His work has focused in the areas of intellectual property, medical malpractice and product liability. He has worked with counsel in federal and state courtrooms across the United States, consisting of over 125 trials that have actually gone to opening statement, numerous mock trials and focus groups, and has provided assistance for many hearings.
