Topic: Risk Mitigation Strategies

This presentation will focus on how companies can take proactive risk mitigation steps to minimize exposure if or when liability claims occur.  This will include an examination of areas including document retention, emails, patent language, advertising, social media, and customer feedback and tracking.

Speaker: Brandie Morgenroth, Esq.
