Speaker: Eva Cheney-Hatcher, J.D.
Eva Cheney-Hatcher, J.D., is a founding partner and shareholder of Cheney-Hatcher & McKenzie Dispute Resolution Center, PLLC. Ms. Cheney-Hatcher has been selected by her peers as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Minnesota and as a Super Lawyer since 2015. She has also been recognized as an Expert Network Distinguished Lawyer. Ms. Cheney-Hatcher is a 1991 graduate of the
University of South Dakota School of Law, and a 1988 suma cum laude graduate of the University of Sioux Falls, South Dakota with degrees in English and Business, and recently completed the Health Care Compliance program at Mitchell Hamline Law School. She is licensed in South Dakota, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. She has been an ADR Neutral and providing ADR services since 1995, and shifted her private practice to full-time ADR work in 2009. Ms. Cheney-Hatcher is a qualified in all of the ADR methods, both neutral and adjudicative, in Family and Civil. She has extensive experience as a Qualified Rule 114 Neutral. She is a frequent Continuing Legal Education instructor and keynote speaker, as well as a published author.

Parking: Use the Armory Lot, located on Second Street NW, across the street from the Castle to the north. Parking spaces are numbered, and a pay station is located at the southeast corner of the lot.
