An overview of legal descriptions. Presenter will review metes and bounds descriptions. What makes a good description. How to understand the legal descriptions, distant measurement, units of measurement, and tools of measurement.

Nate provides leadership and guidance to survey teams within Westwood’s land division. In addition, he works closely with market leaders on strategic growth opportunities for surveying services in the residential and commercial markets, both within the Twin Cities metro area and across the country.

As a licensed land surveyor, Nate has more than 17 years of experience working in residential and commercial development, wind and solar energy, and power delivery. Nate is a company shareholder.
