Speaker: Tracy Salwei, CFE MnCP

Tracy Salwei is Manager of Corporate Governance at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis, MN. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, MN. She has almost 20 years of experience in Corporate Law, Creditor’s Rights, and Complex Litigation. Tracy is a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE” through ACFE) and has extensive knowledge of the financial industry. She is also a Minnesota certified Paralegal. Tracy currently serves as Chair for both the Nominations and Elections Committee and the Corporate & Securities Sectional with the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
