Topic: Employment Law from a Distance
Ms. King-Asamoa will be speaking about the legal field's new work environment due to COVID-19 and the Issues we may encounter. She will talk about documentation and record keeping and policy updates to protect employees and employers.
Speaker: Brittany King-Asamoa focuses her legal practice on employment law, family law and civil litigation. She represents companies, farmers and agribusinesses in all areas of employment law including unemployment discrimination and general liability issues. She writes and speaks on new laws impacting companies in the areas of employment, business and agriculture law.
Brittany received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She gained valuable legal experience as a legal extern for Tyson Foods, Inc., in Springdale, Arkansas. She is also a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management
