Topic: Overview of Civil Litigation

Mr. Kelly will be talking about the practice area of civil litigation. He will explain his practice, the responsibilities of support staff and he will provide examples of different types of litigation matters he handles.

Speaker: Scott Kelly is an attorney at Farrish Johnson Law Office in Mankato Minnesota. His practice is focused on wrongful death claims, medical malpractice claims, personal injury claims, and litigation. In 2011 he was selected by Minnesota Lawyer as one of its “Attorneys of the Year”. He has been selected by his peers as a “super lawyer” for many years.
