Topic:  The Value of Brand Protection

Successful brands don’t just hope their revenue channels and Intellectual property will remain safe from counterfeiters and other online threats, but instead take proactive and deliberate steps to protect their digital presence. In a post-COVID world, e-commerce will be the primary sales channel for brands to reach consumers. All of these various avenues pose threats to organizations and brands. Registering your trademark is just the beginning, while protecting the mark has become paramount.

Learning Objectives:

Understand how to develop and implement effective brand protection strategies to protect brands from infringers, counterfeiters and brand dilution.

Deep dive into enforcement best practices and understand how to leverage data to target high value offenders.

Learn about online to offline and offline to online, and how to leverage data to support an effective and impactful brand protection program.
