Topic: Ensuring proper signatures on loan documents and UCCs
Businesses,courts, and many other entities are moving more and more towards handling, signing and filing documents electronically. From court pleadings, to job offer acceptances, to loan documents and UCC filings, electronic signatures on documents are quickly becoming the norm for signing important documents. An improperly executed document could have widespread ramifications. Mr. Dove will be speaking about how importantit is to ensure that we are using the proper signatures, focusing on loan documents and UCC filings.

Mr. Dove served as a law clerk for the retired Honorable Gregory F. Kishel, United States Bankruptcy Judge before he moved to New Ulm, MN and has been practicing law with Gislason & Hunter ever since 1993.
Mr. Dove has extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of debtor-creditor rights, bankruptcy, corporate law,agricultural law and commercial litigation. Mike’s practice has evolved into handling complex and sophisticated debtor-creditor and bankruptcy matters, representing numerous lending and financial institutions. Mike has also spoken at various seminars regarding collection and foreclosure bankruptcy issues.
