Dustin Massie will provide an overview of DATWA - Minnesota's Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act. Dustin's will discuss common DATWA violations and other considerations such as preemption of federal law, retaliation, testing procedures, and an employee's right to results and explanation and more.

Dustin Massie joined Taylor Corporation as Corporate Legal Counsel in January 2021 focusing on employment law matters. Prior to that, Dustin was was an attorney at Baillon Thome Jozwiak & Wanta LLP representing Plaintiffs in individual employment cases in state and federal court, including: discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims as well as other contract and employment law related matters. Dustin graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013 with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law.
