This presentation will outline the best practices to help prepare your attorney for a trial. It will include tips on preparing exhibits, preparing the client to testify, and preparing any potential witness to testify. We will also touch on preparing a trial notebook and/or client file.

Matthew Beaumier is the senior partner with Beaumier Trogdon Orman Hurd & Viegas. He is a North Dakota native, and has been practicing in northern Minnesota for 25 years. He concentrates his practice in divorce/custody, mediation, real estate and civil litigation.
