Wayne D. Anderson has been the Examiner of Titles for Ramsey County since being appointed by the Judges of the Second Judicial District in December 2005. Wayne is a 1990 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and was engaged in the private practice of law in Stillwater, Minnesota until accepting the position of Acting Examiner of Titles in February 2005. Wayne had been serving as a part-time Deputy Examiner of Titles since his appointment in August 2000. He is a Board Certified Real Property Specialist, Past Chair of the Real Property Council, a member and past chair of the Minnesota Examiner of Titles Association, a past member of the 2nd District Ethics Committee, past president of the Washington County and 19th District Bar Associations, and has lectured throughout the state on real estate title and conveyancing matters.
