Speakers: Raegen Henderson, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Henna Bagha, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator at Dorsey & Whitney LLP

Raegan Henderson:

Raegan Henderson is the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. With a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, she leads initiatives aimed at the recruitment, retention, and career advancement of diverse attorneys and staff within the firm. Raegan is an accomplished presenter, having delivered presentations for various prominent organizations, including the Minnesota ACLU, D.A. Davidson, Canadian Pacific, and Americans for the Arts. She is a co-author of the chapter on “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs and Policies” in the The Workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Handbook, published by Minnesota CLE. Raegan has also served as the President of the Howard University Upper Mid-West Alumni Association and was a board member of Simpson Housing Services from 2020-2023. She graduated magna cum laude from Howard University in 2016.

Henna Bagha:

Henna Bagha is the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at Dorsey & Whitney. Prior to her career in Diversity and Inclusion, Henna was a legal assistant at Dorsey & Whitney in both the Labor and Employment and Trial departments. Prior to her career at Dorsey & Whitney, Henna was a paralegal at a general practice law firm, Guzior Armbrecht Maher, where she specialized in immigration, family, and criminal law. She graduated from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice and obtained her paralegal certificate in 2016.
